The purpose of this research was to find out the form of integration of pesantren efforts with local wisdom and Islamic values in an authentic way in strengthening Islamic identity in a global context. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data was collected from the process of observation, interviews and documentation. The key informants in this study included one of the caregivers, the head of the Islamic boarding school, and the Education Bureau of the Darul Mukhlashin Islamic boarding school. Data were analyzed through data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. To obtain valid and relevant data, source triangulation techniques are used. One form of integration of Darul Mukhlashin Islamic boarding school education with local wisdom and authentic Islamic values that is still strong today as an act of strengthening Islamic identity in the midst of globalization is the integration of the bandongan and sorogan methods into the culture of yellow book literacy and Qur'an literacy culture. Islamic boarding school activities are actually an acculturation activity of the teachings of Islamic civilization and local culture of the Indonesian archipelago. These two teaching methods have been teaching techniques for teachers since the time of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. started preaching. The characteristics of sorogan and bandongan were learning models that emphasize individual service approaches and collective service approaches. That is what is meant by authentic Islam which can overcome or surpass Conservative Islam on the far right and Progressive or Liberal Islam on the far left.
