LEARNING PLANNING (IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF EDUCATORS)

Abstract

Learning planning is a product of an educator that must be met before the learning process takes place. But the reality is from the results of previous research, educators design learning plans only to fulfill school administration as a requirement for supervision or assessment. The purpose of this study is to strengthen the argument by combining the results of previous research that learning planning must be carried out by each individual educator to improve the quality of educators. This is also the basis for researchers to conduct research related to learning planning. The research method used in this study is a literature study research method. The result of the research is that learning planning is the spearhead of the success of achieving learning objectives, and improving the quality of educators in terms of pedagogic competence.
