Inclusive education is an approach to education that aims to ensure that all children, including children with special needs, can learn together in the same educational environment. The basic principle of inclusive education is respecting and accommodating the diversity of student needs. In this context, Indonesian language learning in inclusive elementary schools must be designed in such a way that it meets the needs of all students, ensuring that each student can reach their maximum potential. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research approach. The type of research is a case study. The technique for determining research subjects used is purposive, namely the technique of determining informants with certain considerations. The data sources in this research consist of two, namely: primary data and secondary data. Data Collection Observation, interview and documentation methods. The learning strategies implemented at SDN Babakan 02 Lumajang, including differentiation methods, use of media and tools, have proven effective in increasing student understanding and engagement. Teachers are able to adapt learning materials and methods according to the needs of each student, which is one of the keys to success in inclusive education. Active participation and high interaction in class shows that students feel comfortable and motivated to learn.
