Abstract :
This article aims to describe the perspective of teacher competency development in improving Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Islamic Educational Institutions. The method used is the library research method. The data collection method used is the documentation method. The data analysis technique used is content analysis. To maintain the accuracy of the assessment and prevent errors in information in data analysis, cross-library checks and re-reading of the literature are carried out and paying attention to reviewer comments. The results of this study are the abilities/skills of a teacher in the form of knowledge, skills, attitudes and values in carrying out their duties as educators, which are measured through the dimensions of pedagogical competence, personality competence, professional competence, social competence so that they can develop cognitive, affective and psychomotor behavior as well as possible
